Last week as I was browsing recipes, I realized that I haven’t canned all my dry beans yet. Which means that the recipe I wanted to use needed garbanzo beans and I didn’t have time to soak them overnight and then cook them.
So I turned to the internet.
Which was a brilliant idea, by the way. I happened upon The Kitchn (one of my all time favorite sites, anyway) where they had posted a foolproof way to cook beans FAST. Well, fast enough for my needs, anyway.
So that is what I did.
