Wow. I can’t believe that 2012 is gone and 2013 is spread out before us. I also can’t believe how shockingly bad I have been about keeping my blog updated. Life and all that.
I’m generally not one for resolutions. I make a decision and I try to stick with it. The new year isn’t really when I do that. For instance – I try to eat healthy on a day to day basis, but I’m also a realist and I feel like we all should enjoy life. So to that end – everything in moderation. Several of my friends commented that as their Pinterest walls were filling up with exercise and healthy eating ideas, my pins of doughnuts were a welcome relief. What can I say – I aim to please.
I did make a blog planner for 2013, though. So I guess you could say my resolution this year is to be more diligent about blogging. I blog both here and at Bountiful Baskets, and my hope is that this will help keep me organized when it comes to blogging.
Homeschooling – things have really changed in this arena. My son is still e-schooled, but he has also started taking some dual credit college classes as well. Our plan is to transfer him to a state college high school program next fall – all of his classes will be dual credit, and it should work out that when he graduates high school, he will already have two years of college completed. I will blog about that throughout the year.
Scrapbooking – I am doing Becky Higgins Project Life this year, with a Jessica Sprague digital twist. Yes, it’s a pretty basic class, but sometimes you just need to get back to basics.
Anyway, I’m hoping everyone has a great year, and I hope to see you all throughout the year!
